Sudhir
Counsellor

Sudhir (he/him) is a counsellor, registered with the ‘Australian Counselling Association’. He has a wide range of training and experience in working with people living with the on-going impacts of complex trauma.

Sudhir is a person-centred counsellor interested in working with people’s real-life issues in an atmosphere of acceptance, awareness and open-ended enquiry. He sees the counselling process as a unique creative/relational environment in which people’s problems, or personal enquiries can lead to a deepening sense of self.

He also offers sessions focussing on accessing people’s hidden resources and insights, via their astrological birth chart. These sessions are not predictive but rather focussed on self-discovery.

Sudhir also works with dreams. Dreams can be a doorway into what our essence, or unconscious mind is trying to tell us. Decoding them often leads to finding those answers and insights that have been eluding us.

Sudhir is also available as a counselling supervisor.

Individual Sessions available on Fridays
